Justice Gorsuch Exposes Administrative State's Achilles Heal

In his dissent in the linked case: https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/22pdf/21-972_mkhn.pdf Justice Gorsuch, exposes that Courts are allowing Executive/Administrative Agencies to interpret the law instead of the Court. This new precedence apparently has its roots in a case from 1984. However, he goes on to make crystal clear that it is for the Court to determine matters of law and provides numerous Case Law examples where SCOTUS has so ruled. It can be that Justice Gorsuch has provided in one document that adjudicative facts needed to convince lower Courts to execute their duty to interpret the law, or it could be Monday Morning Quaterbacking .
