PRO-LIFER: Protest @ the Cathedral

PRO-LIFER you are protesting in front of the wrong building. Take your picket signs to the Diocesan Cathedral and picket the Bishop. He was given the power of the United States to enforce the Golden Rule. The killing of an unborn child is a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (Article 119a): https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/10/919a / and as Title 10 of United States Code (10 U.S.C. 919a). This article/ UCMJ is enforceable on any public institution displaying a flag of the United States, or person (natural or artificial) accepting federal funding. The Catholic Church's "National Catholic War Council" (and similarly created Protestant Church organizations) have a cooperating agency commission from the Department(s) of War and Navy since 1917, and supply ordained ministers as Commissioned Officer Military Chaplains As a result the National Catholic War Council (Others) are subject to the UCMJ. The United States is at war and under martial law since 1863 (domestically) and declared international war in 1917 for which no peace treaty was ratified. Thus the Churches have all the authority and power they need to file "charges and specifications" against wrongdoers, both foreign and domestic who violate Article 119a or any other punitive article of the UCMJ.
