Title 36 of the United States Code identifies The American Legion as a Federal Corporation., and 28 USC Chapter 176 "FEDERAL DEBT COLLECTION PROCEDURE" defines the United States to mean: (A) a Federal corporation; (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or (C) an instrumentality of the United States. https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/USCODE-2010-title28/pdf/USCODE-2010-title28-partVI-chap176.pdf As a result, anywhere in 28 USC Chapter 176 you see United States you can replace it with The American Legion and (given enough time) you will realizes that would mean that The American Legion can initiate the process to recover the Debt owed the United States both internationally and domestically ... and erase the National Debt. Any entity that accepts federal funding is a debtor of the United States, and the Judiciary Code has a process (28 USC Chapter 176) that The American Legion could use as the United States for the good of the country, to include filing federal criminal complaints with the ‘"Counsel for the United States" Unfortunately, The American Legion has NOT complied with its federal charter mandate, and therefor has no power and authority until it does by registering an agent with the proper state office.
