Why are there 3 "court copies" of a Michigan Uniform Law Citation. aka traffic ticket? Does one court get 3 copies or do 3 courts each get one copy? The "court copy" has information on the "back side" that greatly differs from the back side of the defendant's copy and it IS the Register of Actions of the proceeding. So where is it x 3. ? OHIO MAYOR'S COURT. Ohio Mayors (village or city) have their own courts to enforce city ordinances, and these ordinances include impersonation as a peace officer, violation of civil rights, falsification, etc.. The Judge and Prosecutor in a traffic, civil, criminal proceeding in Ohio are by definition "peace officers", and any impostor of these offices can be tried by the Mayor's Court. Section 107.05 | Certain officers ineligible to perform duties until commissioned by governor -- requires Judges , Prosecutors and others to have a Governor Commission before they can execute an oath and assume office. https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-107.05 "A judge of a court of record, state officer, county officer, militia officer, or judge of a county court, shall be ineligible to perform any duty pertaining to his office until he presents to the proper officer a legal certificate of his election or appointment, and receives from the governor a commission to fill such office." So if the Judge and Prosecutor in a case that you are a defendant in did not receive a Governor's Commission then they are impersonating as a peace officer and the Mayor of the city where the false judges holds court must arrest the offender if a complaint is filed.
