ELON MUSK Use Authority to acquire a Q Clearance

Elon Musk, You and your business have a DoD ID number, and as a result you are now subject to the UCMJ, no different than an enlistee like me; and are therefor one of the authorities who have authority to wield the sword (Armed Forces of the United States) by filing charges on the proper form, sworn to before the proper officer. Only those who are subject to the UCMJ have the authority to wield the sword. Some are higher authorities than others, but we all have authority. Unfortunately we Veteran enlistees are the most discriminated against subjects of the UCMJ making it thus far impossible to exercise my authority, and why I need you to pierce the veil by filing "Charges" under the UCMJ / Military Commission Act. Be advised those who oppose your Security Clerance upgrade have not executed the oath required by the United States (1 Stat 23) to satisfy the sixth article of the Constitution of the United States, making them no better than a spy or saboteur, and you have an obligation to file charges regarding their military crimes.
