911 is the Nation's Emergency Number, and an ongoing crime is a type of emergency that the 911 system was created for. informing Emergency Management of the existence of. Emergency Management is a new term for the Nation's "civil defense" and a Constitutional County Sheriff is an official in this National jurisdiction. So, Sheriff, call 911 and report your inability to qualify for your elected office because of an ongoing crime by public officer impostors causing your "political disenfranchisement" and then issue a local "state of emergency" declaration because the problem is national in nature.
