Comparing the mandates of the "National Voter Registration Act of 1993", with the on-site reality of its imperfect implementation, and the resulting disenfranchisement of citizen of the United States electing Federal Office candidates, by a scheme that involves many agencies, including the Armed Forces of the United States recruiting offices. Having crossed the civilian/military boundary (Recruiting Office) with this conspiracy against the United States, THEY have made themselves subject to Court Martial, and investigation by Courts of Inquiry. All We need is one individual with general court marital convening authority to issue the Order for an Inquiry....and down comes the Administrative State.
