A continuation from my last video on my attempt to acquire my 'Army Military Human Resource Record' (AMHRR). Every branch has its version of the MHRR and this record is the authoritative record of your service. It includes but is not limited to your 'Official Military Personnel File' (OMPF). I contacted Human Resource Command (HRC) Accession Branch which was not able to offer any direct help, but they did say that if they received a "congressional inquiry" that then they could probably request all records that make up the AMHRR. (They had noticed I had contacted my Congressman about the errors in my records)... So before this is over I may well take this advice and contact my Congressman again informing him that the records I received based on his inquiry evidence that I was not discharged and can he authorize HRC to do a top to bottom investigation ... Alternatively as I show in the video.. beside HRC there is also Human Resources Services (HRS) incorporated in the S-1 section of Battalions and Brigades, and according regulation and Field Manual it is these HRS units that have responsibility for maintaining 100% personnel accountability using a system known as 'eMILPO' , and have the duty of administering all "Personnel Action Request' (DA Form 4187). Basically HRS via S-1 is where all actions effecting your career are input to be acted on,; and is responsible for the Personnel Status Report (PERSTAT) data upload affecting your status. Be advised that the Military requires 100% personnel accountability, meaning some S-1 of some command is responsible for your last known whereabouts, and personal action. This is the office we need to find and have them check our status on eMILPO and make the corrections required to our status, return to military control, issuance of Military ID, collection of back pay, and application for the retirement pay that every enlistee is entitled for the honorable and faithful service to the Armed Forces of the United States.
