Commander, with the federal chartering of The American Legion the WW-I Doughboys left We veteran servicemembers a most powerful weapon against communism and other forms of anti-Americanism. The American Legion Congressional Charter is to those who served, what the Magna Carta was to the Kings Barrons, or the City of London'' Charter is to the International Finance Community. Among other things, Congress granted The American Legion the power to do any other act necessary and proper to carry out its purpose(s) to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States; .......... and to do it, as the United States Sir, this is the current situation, Congress acknowledged that The American Legion "Is" the United States just as the Department of Defense is; but spies and saboteurs have insured that errors and omissions in official records provide "evidence" for the disqualification of The American Legion charter powers, for failing to follow the conditions of Its own charter. The Devil is in the details, and when We reclaim the details from the Devil as they pertain to The American Legion, Veterans including active duty, are empowered by the People to be the Nation's Constitutional peacemakers, and debt collector. . LCDR Willink, A UCMJ Court of Inquiry would quickly ascertain the problem with The American Legion's State "agent" registration, and provide a solution that could be implemented the same day, and then the rest of us can carry on with defending the Constitution of the United States from the acts of disloyal Federal and State employees. Does anyone know a "Commander" that would write that order???
