FINDING the LESSER MAGISTRATES

UPDATED DESCRIPTION: Sorry Folks... but in the original description and in the Video I state that the "Seal" used by the Magistrate was "The District Court of the United States" THIS IS NOT CORRECT!! IT WAS NOT: "The District Court of the United States" At the time I had not seen a clear image and was making a statement based on an email from the person who got the seal.
