Chemist and Druggist, the leading trade journal for the pharmacy community in the UK, has been in continuous publication since 1859. It contains a wealth of information for studying the history of medicine and pharmacy and the pharmaceutical industry. Also contained in its pages are many striking visual examples from over 150 years of developments in advertising, packaging and graphic design.

The Chemist and Druggist has been made available by the Wellcome Library, one of the greatest specialist collections on the history of medicine and the medical humanities.
