NIST FOIA request #09-42, Release 19 of 42.

Non-recompressed video clips as created from two digitized VHS dubs by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for its WTC Disaster Investigation, conducted between 2002 and 2008 under the National Construction Safety Team Act (NCSTA).

The video clips were previously part of NIST's organized WTC visual database, managed by Canto Cumulus software. The database contained selected images, camera video clips and video-tape segments which the NIST team has found useful for its investigation into the building collapses of WTC 1, 2 and 7, as well as into the WTC-9/11 emergency response.

This batch of video clips was released on May 13, 2010, by NIST to the International Center for 9/11 Studies upon the request NIST FOIA #09-42, through Interim Response #19 ("Release 19").

That is basically a complete mirror of the content originally provided by the (now defunct) website 911datasets.org through BitTorrent network.
