The University of Toronto Library, one of the top 3 Research and Academic Libraries in North America, behind Harvard and Yale, has supported an Internet Archive Canada digitization centre, that is leveraged by many Canadian libraries, since 2004. More than 400,000 volumes from the University's collections have been digitized and made available through their work with the Internet Archive.
